<p>I have been reading the book Atomic Habits.</p> <p>I've implemented a couple of the techniques from the book and it's really changed my life over the past few weeks. </p> <p>I wanted to drop a note about some of the techniques I use to build in better habits.</p> <p>1. Set a date and time for the habit you want (ie. At 8:00a I will practice my scales)</p> <p>2. Habit stacking. (ie. after my scales I will study a language, then I will do 5 minutes of yoga)</p> <p>3. Set a timer! Want to practice for 25 minutes? Don't eyeball it.
