Brownings #2: Hospitality with Young Adult & Call to Missions

They have done this in various cultural settings over the years. Shepherd seeks to ensure the young adults serving with them understand the ethos of a missional mindset for the uniqueness of the neighbors they journey alongside (paraclete). </p> <p>Wanna know a secret sauce of young adult ministry? </p> <p>Start with a &quot;grand-parent-type&quot; couple who love investing relationally in college students and 20 somethings. Throw in some lovingly prepared food. Allow to simmer for a couple hours. Stir gently with guided conversation. Sprinkle in some missionary stories and discerning God&#39;s call. Repeat monthly. Each batch will be different and have its own zing.
