And they had asked me since they knew I enjoyed wrestling. And they say, hey, one of our reporters will do a deal where they'll interview a number of the former wrestlers. And since this convention isn't far away, could you please do us a favor? They were aware that I was interested in photography as well. They lacked in photographers. "Would you go down with them and do some shots?" they asked. Sure, why not? I say. They're paying me.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[9:05] I walked down and, to my surprise, met a lot of folks who became excellent friends later in life. I came up to Iron Sheik, who was about to chat with me, and he looks at me and says, You seem like you could be harassed for pretending to be a wrestler. We start talking back, and his agent at the time, Eric Simms, is who he is. He used to take a lot of images for the boys. He began chatting to me, and what I didn't realize at the time was that he was trying to work with me and get me to do something with Sheik and have Sheik train me.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[10:37] I was flipping through a pro wrestling magazine months later.
