Bridge the gap between workers and leaders/management?

Description

There is a disconnect between leaders and the people doing the work. When I was an entry level employee I wondered why management never asked the "peon" who knew how to do the job.

I asked Philip Tate, Mohan Ananda, and Domenico Ciarallo what they have seen work to bridge that gap. They come from different perspectives and it created a really interesting conversation.

Why do you think there is almost always a gap and how do you think it should be addressed?

To connect with the panelists, please visit their LinkedIn profiles: Mohan Ananda: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mohanananda/ Domenico Ciarallo: https://www.linkedin.com/in/domenicociarallo/ Philip Tate: https://www.linkedin.com/in/philiptateaprfellowprsa/ Dr Robyn Odegaard: https://www.linkedin.com/in/robynodegaard/

#QuickHits are designed to exercise your brain by letting you listen in on an unscripted conversation to get other people's thoughts on various subjects.
