Diagnosed in 2017 after discovering a lump during her</strong></p><p><strong>monthly self-breast exam, Patryce has committed her life to advocating, educating and</strong></p><p><strong>advocating for early detection and helping newly diagnosed women also discover faith in the</strong></p><p><strong>fight against breast cancer. She has earned accolades for her dedication to activism on behalf of</strong></p><p><strong>breast cancer support and awareness. In 2018, she received the Against All Odds award from Joy</strong></p><p><strong>and Company, also the annual Survivor Award from Women with 20/20 Vision. In 2019, she</strong></p><p><strong>received the annual Rooted in the Community from Spirit Award and the Advocate of the Year</strong></p><p><strong>Award from the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Patryce holds speaking engagements around</strong></p><p><strong>the country, sharing her story and advocating for breast cancer awareness and the benefits and</strong></p><p><strong>possibilities of insurance policies.
