You'll never make money. You'll never be successful. You are giving up. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’re “just” a hairstylist. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Here’s the thing. You are either IN it or not. Are you willing to put in the work? There is no right or wrong way to get to the next level. The only thing you really have to do is COMMIT. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Just because you got another certification doesn't mean you’re going to be successful behind the chair. If you are not tracking your numbers and your progress, then are you really being successful? </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is so much more to being a hairstylist. You need to be marketing, you need systems & processes, you need to keep track of your numbers, and you need contracts. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is also SO much growth that you will find once you start actually taking charge of your life. When you find the power within yourself to put in the effort and really get to know all the ins & outs of your business, then you will start to really see the growth in YOURSELF and also your business. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">So what are you going to start doing?
