<p>Welcome to this solo series called BOOST, the purpose is to give you little BOOST to your day, to further provide ways to create a thriving organisation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Are you courageous? Are you comfortable with not knowing? </p> <p>Here is a paraphrase of a Theodore Roosevelt quote.</p> <p>The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood</p> <p>who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly.</p> <p> </p> <p>True courageous leadership is about:</p> <p>Stepping into the arena and being seen, and being comfortable not knowing the outcome. Are we in time of not knowing right now?
