BONUS: The Year of Me

<p>Dropping this bonus episode exactly one year after I got dumped.... (LOL) to reflect on my year and to acknowledge how much this situation changed me for the better. This is a more serious episode but I loved recording this because it really reminded me that you can go through really hard shit and grow from it. It is so important to reflect on times in your life where you really stood up for yourself, worked hard, and got to a better place because of it!
