<p>In this bonus episode this is a previous recording of a strong life chat I did with my man Zach Even Esh on IG! <br /> <br /> In Zach's words<br /> <br /> "</p> <p><strong>What a BEAST of a STORY do I have to share with you this Morning.</strong></p> <p>My friend of 10+ years, Coach Gags, shared his story, actually, his JOURNEY of losing 100+ lbs since we've met.</p> <p>Gags and I met when he attended 1 of my seminars sometime<br /> around 2009 or so, maybe 2008.</p> <p>Perhaps it was a business seminar, I don't recall. It's all a blur sometimes :)</p> <p>From there, Gags attended The USC Cert and then EVERY seminar I put on since then, he attended and CRUSHED.</p> <p>Gags would come and assist in coaching The USC Cert and<br /> he would OWN the stage when he spoke.</p> <p>He is a PRO through & through.</p> <p><strong>The guy is ALL heart.</strong></p> <p>And I gotta tell ya, that is NOT the norm in this industry.</p> <p>There are some cut throat, back stabbin' SOBs running these<br /> streets, unfortunately.</p> <p>You'd think otherwise, right?</p> <p>You'd think a "Coach" is Living the Code. Heck, if you're gonna<br /> talk about it you assume these people are Living it? Right?</p> <p>Well,unfortunately, this is not always the case.</p> <p><strong>Many Coaches will burn and stab others just to sell</strong>​<br /> ​<strong>their latest program or course.</strong></p> <p>And some Coaches, heck, they'd burn friendships and<br /> even their own family to make that next sale.</p> <p>It's a shame. It's heartbreaking.</p> <p><strong>It sometimes makes me feel embarrassed to be a</strong> ​<br /> ​<strong>part of this industry.</strong></p> <p>Hence, why I often say, I am NOT part of this "fitness industry".</p> <p>But NOT Gags.</p> <p><strong>Gags is all heart. ALL. HEART.</strong></p> <p>I Love this guy.
