Body versus Mind

The body in Buddhism as it embodies not only the human corporal reality, but everything in its environment, Is an essential and precious opportunity for which to instantiate the various consciousnesses that comprise the Samsaric and Buddha experience. The focus of Buddhism, though not a "denial" of the body is firmly incurred and developed within the human mind to attain its 'Buddha' potential.</p>
