<p class="p1">For those of you who don’t know (or maybe forgot, since it’s been so long), Rachel and I used to write a new blog post every single week for YEARS. In fact, our writing was what we were most known for in the early years of Clarity on Fire.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p class="p1">All of our old blogs are still available on our site (<a href="https://clarityonfire.com/library/" target="_blank" rel= "noopener"><span class="s1">check out our full library</span></a>). But many of those old posts haven’t seen the light of day in a while, even though they’re just as relevant today as they were when we first wrote them.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p class="p1">So today, I’m highlighting one of those old posts! This is a concept I still share with my clients when they’re struggling with burnout. I should be responding to emails, or going to the gym, or running errands, or planning dinner, and on and on.</p> <p class="p1">But it’s Friday afternoon, and I’m just not feelin’ any of it. All I want to do is sit outside with an iced coffee on this gorgeous sunny afternoon and do some writing. So that’s what I’m doing.</p> <p class="p1">An older version of me would have shamed myself into doing something “more productive.” I would have pushed through my “laziness” until I checked everything off my list.
