Blessings | "The Blessings of Waiting" | Lesson 3

<p>During the holidays, there is a great emphasis placed on identifying the blessings of life. Each life is full of both blessings and burdens. As children of God, we should be able to trust God enough to not only recognize the blessings of life, but the blessings within the burdens. This series seeks to show Biblical stories that are marked by great burdens but also great blessings. &nbsp;</p> <p>Lesson 3: The Blessings of the Burden of Waiting&nbsp;</p> <p>Luke 2:22-39 &nbsp;</p> <p>1. Waiting often tempts our character. Wait with integrity.&nbsp;</p> <p>2. Waiting often yields loneliness. Allow God to be your friend.&nbsp;</p> <p>3. Waiting often breeds disappointment. Wait with expectation rather than disappointment.&nbsp;</p> <p>4. Waiting on the miracle of God will always be worth it.</p>
