This week's episode felt like the Welcome To Night Vale writers were throwing down <em>multiple </em>challenges to fan artists.</p> <p>Listen in as we recap the City Council's latest attempt to bring in some sweet, sweet tourist bucks by commissioning a dozen or so new murals by a not-so-anonymous artist.
