In my opinion, I think the biggest change we need is true Community. I'm sick of the negative Nancy's who seem to feed off of criticizing other dance medicine practitioners. That is toxic behavior and I do not put up with it. In fact, I find myself having to regularly help others recover from their past/recent mistreatment from other practitioners.
