<p>In today's episode, Chris contends that a lot of the noise around '<i>if'</i> the reconciliation bill will get done is overly hyped. He thinks it's a given that the Dems will get it done,  it's more a question of what it will look like. But the same measure does not apply to the push for voting rights, after the Senate GOP torpedoed any chance of overriding the filibuster and reaching the 60 vote threshold to even <i>debate </i>Joe Manchin's paired down version. So where does this leave the Dems? The GOP?
