Beyond Belief - Sunday 1st May 2022

Last weekend saw the first ordination to priesthood for the Diocese of Killaloe since 2018 when Croatian native, Fr. Antun Pasalic, was ordained in Ennis Cathedral. On this week’s Beyond Belief, Fr. Brendan Quinlivan brings us a report from the weekend’s celebrations. Guests include: His Excellency Dr. Davor Vidic, (the Croatian Ambassador to Ireland), Fr. Josip Levakovic, (National Chaplain to the Croatian Community. In Ireland), Fr. Tomás Surlis (Rector of the National Seminary in Maynooth) and Bishop Fintan Monahan. Fr Brendan used the opportunity to take people through the ordination ceremony since they don’t see them too often.
