Best Stevia Sweetener | What to look for on an ingredient label

<p>In today's episode, we're discusisng stevia. It can be a great alternative to artificial sweeteners like aspartame and Splenda but there are some ingredients you'll want to watch out for. </p> <p>Virtually all powdered forms of Stevia contain maltodextrin, erythritol, or additives that make up the bulk of what is being marketed as Stevia. I would pass on these.  </p> <p>If you are getting powdered stevia, check out green stevia leaf powder.
