Benue North East: Court upholds Udende’s election

<p>The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Wednesday upheld the election of Emmanuel Udende of the All Progressives Congress.</p>, <p>The court set aside the decision of the election petition tribunal, which last month sacked Udende.</p>, <p>The three-man justices, however, in its unanimous judgement, said the lower court erred in its verdict and therefore affirmed the election of Udende.</p>, <p>Details soon…</p>
