Being Well | Michael Donehue - 631

<p>Michael Donehue shared his story of mental health and suicide with us back in episode 331. He's a hell of a bloke and a great communicator in this space. We're not going over old ground in this chat today, but I've invited him back on for a casual banter about all things <em>head talk</em>. Michael is a mental health first aider and travels Australia teaching, training and opening up the mental health conversation and I was interested in digging beneath the surface and discussing the reality of 'being well' as a bloke who openly and honestly shares his journey and fronts up to fly the mental health flag amidst the natural ups and downs we all have in life.</p> <p>We talk about sitting with ourselves (and/or our peers) and navigating the troughs and Michael shares some of his professional tips on how to approach a topic that the majority of us feel completely out of our depth in approaching. </p> <p>Top bloke, top chat...
