<p>Today on the show, I’m thrilled to share again my chat with Jennifer Pastiloff in this “best of” conversation.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Jen was the very first guest we had here on this podcast. I just loved it.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Jen is the best-selling author of “On Being Human,” and she is also a public speaker, coach, retreat leader, yoga teacher, and is the creator of the Shame Loss movement.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You’ll hear how a house-sitting experience gave Jen the permission to dream of owning her own home after living in her apartment for so long. How people on social media tried to shame her about that same apartment (but don’t worry – Jen didn’t allow that!); and how she finally manifested her beautiful place in Ojai, California.
