His first real job was as a copywriter, then he started his own advertising business (1-800-DENTIST). Together with his partner, they had huge success in advertising. But later on, they had to sell their company as Google began to gain popularity when the world gradually shifted to a digital approach. </p> <p> </p> <p>Bringing 1-800 culture online was only a success. They collaborated with Google and had to purchase a SaaS product which branded him as one of the executives without decision-making power and sooner bad decisions were made which destroyed the company.</p> <p> </p> <p>With this learning experience, Fred became smarter and more motivated to become a coach.
