We’re afraid of anyone thinking we’re not ‘perfect. We think we have to do it all, we have to know all the answers, and that asking for help is a sign of weakness. Eventually, we start to develop a certain ‘toughness’ around the edges in order to cope – we build up a thick skin, we harden our shell, lock off our hearts, and we become distanced from our true inner goddess.</p>
