<p>This is a throw-back interview I had with (then) Alison Smith (now) Alison Smith-Starr, founder of <a href="https://www.kandayogaschool.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer">Kanda Yoga School</a>. </p> <p><br></p> <p>The interview took place in 2013 or 14...when I had left my teachers in the bay area, was teaching quite a bit, and felt the need for some guidance in my practice. </p> <p>Since then, almost ten years ago, much has happened, and this episode is a call to find or re-engage in a yoga practice in these times of immense acceleration on the planet!</p> <p><br></p> <p>To make it simple, the constants of a yoga practice consist of:</p> <p><br></p> <p>1. Stillness</p> <p>2. Breath awareness</p> <p>3.
