Before high priests and governors

Luke Cornelius - Paul is on trial before Roman authorities. He is representing the proclamation of Jesus’ kingdom. His witness before the public powers of the world gives us confidence that the kingdom must be proclaimed to the whole world - because of resurrection hope.
