For more than thirty years HABIA have been developing national standards that form the basis of qualifications across the UK. Joan is also Assistant Principal (Adult Skills & Apprenticeships) at The Trafford College Group in Manchester; living and breathing education every single day; advising government, liaising with employers and brands and informing on industry safety and regulation.
