<p>Welcome to the show!</p> <p>Today I thought we'd revisit a topic that is very important, speaking truth but doing it beautifully!</p> <p>Speak your truth is a big thing now but what is often forgotten is the part about doing it beautifully.</p> <p>In today's episode, I break down the beautifully part and talk about why it's so important not to vomit your truth all over people in a way that is hurtful or rife with emotion.  If you do that, speaking your truth won't work in your favor.</p> <p>Everyone deserves to be heard...everyone and learning to use our voice in a way that reflects how we really feel are very important.  However, it's also important to speak our truth, well...beautifully! </p>
