He’s known as the man who built B&B Charcoal into the powerhouse that it is today, and is now working with Blues Hog BBQ and Gateway Drum Smokers, legends in their own right! I first met Joey at the World’s BBQ Championships in Houston, and really got to know him at the 2019 NBBQA Annual Conference in Kansas City.
