He has no greater function than the Other Members of the Trinity. He has different functions. God the Father was there in the process of creation (Genesis 1; 1:26). Jesus makes many references to His, or our, Father in Heaven (Matthew 5-7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28; Mark 8, 11, 13, 14; Luke 2, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 22, 23, 24; John 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13
