Batching one month of content batched

After a recent experience of losing my voice and not having any content batched, I’ve decided that it is a company value to have one month of content batched at all times. <br /><br />No matter what time of the year. <br /><br />Why? <br /><br />Because while not posting on Instagram for a day or two or posting a podcast not at the regularly scheduled time isn’t the end of the world, it stressed me out because of how out of control I felt. I was a victim to my own circumstances that I created.
