<p>Aquila Mendez-Valdez is the face behind Haute in Texas, a lifestyle and fashion blog turned complete PR consulting business in San Antonio, Texas.  She uses her blog to provide women fun, intelligent content that they can use in their everyday lives, while also helping her PR clients achieve their business goals both online and out in the community.  She is also the regional director of Fashion Group International San Antonio.
