Henry Louis Wallace is an American Serial Killer and Rapist convicted of murdering 9 women in the Charlotte, NC area. Most of his murders were unsolved until he confesses to them upon his arrest in 1994. Authorities question to this day if there are more victims to his grotesque crimes.
