Bad Business

People have no idea on how customer service works. If you have kids and you send a person with teenage kids a bag with key marks on it. What do you think happen to the bag. I have kids 3. I know how kids mess when you turn your back and your running a business in your house. If someone opens a box you sent them and the bookbag looked like someone attached it. All I did was pick it up and put it in car because I was super busy. When I stopped to get food I looked bags over and the bookbag had scratch’s all over the front. Do you think I would damage a bag that I am collecting money off of?? Think about it.
