Back to school — masks and all

<p>Shelby County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Sally Sugg is happy that our students are back to in-classroom learning, despite being mandated by the state Board of Education to do so in masks.&nbsp;</p> <p>But her talk is not all about COVID-19, variants, masks, and, oh yes, COVID testing.
