More and more countries are signing up to a net zero emissions target. China, Japan and South Korea have all committed in just the past few months, while US President-elect Joe Biden will follow suit next year. But Australia is still holding out, with Prime Minister Scott Morrison saying he won't promise a neutral emissions target by 2050 until the economic cost is clear. So does that matter?
