It’s amazing how many agents get into lead generation, sign up for programs but really don't understand where those leads fall in the funnel. When you're looking at social media in general or StreetText leads, what's the psychology behind how they're generated, and where do they fall within the funnel?</p><p>The bottom of the funnel would include folks on Zillow or someone using Google keywords to search for your services to buy or sell a home. Whereas the top of the funnel is a homeowner who’s just logging onto their Facebook like they do every day as a habit.
