Assessing the Homebuilder Sentiment

<p>Michael Shaoul says the homebuilder sentiment survey is very high, with both a construction and sales boom. The December homes listed were higher than any other year since 2005 with limited inventory. He sees a constant migration to the south from the northeast because of regional fiscal policies, such as raising taxes.&nbsp;</p>
