<p>This week the Black Oxygen podcast features Ashley Saunders-Madden, Inclusion & Talent Strategy Manager at Exact Sciences. In this episode we talk about the importance of representation of Black folk in the sciences, the power of networking and mentoring and finding a network in Madison. In addition, we were joined by a special guest, Ashley’s daughter, midway through the interview.
