No brand can exist without a customer.  we tend to forget that the customer service department has a huge role to play in ensuring that the customer gets the best of service and their complaints are heeded if the needed arises.  Customer service may be provided by a person or by automated means such as apps.  in the 1960's The Call Center was created...Companies begin hiring agents whose sole purpose is to answer and resolve customer issues....We are quick to make a call when there’s a problem but how often do we call customer service to applaud them for the work that they do</p>
