Release that inner angst by letting go of something that has been festering, and letting that person know that they have been forgiven. There a saying..."holding on to anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die"....Some people get many decades into their lives before they learn how important it is to forgive. Children, who are early in life, can be spared a great deal of pain by being taught the skill of forgiveness at a very young age.</p>
