Arming up to fight commercial zombie properties

Sept. 9, 2022 - Urban blight is creating headaches for municipalities around the state, but legislation approved by state lawmakers could give local governments increased ability to address abandoned commercial and industrial properties, according to New York Conference of Mayors General Counsel Wade Beltramo.
