People who have more histamine in their bodies than they can break down may experience a variety of symptoms including hives, heart palpitations, migraines, fluid retention, runny nose, and more. Often, histamine intolerance can be traced back to gut dysbiosis and mast cell activation syndrome.</p><br><p>In today’s episode, I talk with Dr. Todd LePine, Dr. Leo Galland, and Lisa Dreher about how histamine plays a role in sleep, digestion, allergies, skin conditions, and so much more.</p><br><p>Dr. Todd LePine graduated from Dartmouth Medical School and is board certified in internal medicine, specializing in integrative Functional Medicine.
