<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">How committed are you? </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Do you even know what you’re committed to? </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The biggest piece of advice to give is really just make sure that you are really good at communication. No matter what the situation is, if you are not good at communication, then you are going to find a lot of struggles inside of whatever it is that you are doing. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is putting in the time, and then there is putting the time in INTENTIONALLY!!!</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The time is going to pass no matter what…</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">So really, the results are up to you. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oftentimes people don’t commit to things because of their fear of failure. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You might fail… but you might not. You have to change your mindset, what have you got to lose? </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is a level of having to be uncomfortable for a bit to push past that & really commit. REGARDLESS of failure. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Your progress and growth is based on how quickly you choose to move. IF you don’t overthink it.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You want to enjoy what you’re doing while making money right? </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As hairstylists, we love what we do so much that we will keep saying YES. Yes to everything, until we hate our job, we hate your clients and we don’t want to do it anymore at all. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Instead of looking at the mess you created, you would rather just quit than clean up the mess you made.
