Like I decided to buy 20% less when I was not offered options when certain food were out of stock.</li> <li>Make it easy for your customer to buy more not less.</li> <li>I buy food every week, 52 weeks of the year if I buy 20% less and other customers that s a lot of money for any business.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Now are you using a CRM Customer Relationship System</strong></p> <p>What is a CRM it s a way to keep a note of those extra things your customers like or do not .
