It is an expression of the fawn response.<br/><br/>When healing, this habit keeps you lost to yourself and inhibits your ability to notice, process, and integrate your real, lived experience.<br/><br/>You can't heal.<br/><br/>Further, choosing the "right" emotional response divorces you from your innate awareness, intuition, and guidance. <br/><br/>In my work, all responses are regarded as "good" and all are inherently legitimate and real. <br/><br/>This premise allows you to access your personal experience and reality.
