Are We All Addicts?

<p>Are we all silently addicted to behaviours that stop us from having to sit with and experience our real feelings?</p> <p>After a month off of all social media and a consequent repulsion for all things "input" - I realised my social and information exhaustion was the result of my refusal to sit still and silently.</p> <p>As business owners and entrepreneurs, we're hypnotised by the DO-ing mentally that is broadcast 24/7 and often find ourselves discounted from now, in pursuit of promised utopia in some future time. </p> <p>But is that how YOU want to live?
