Are #CTE classes the new AP status?

Move over weighted GPA- skills based education (Career Technical Education) is being relevance back! I just got back from the Illinois CTE conference, and after talking to several teacher, I'm convinced that the CTE class will emerge as the new standard of preparing our students for the future.
