Arctic Blast Next 48 hrs Accumulating Snow Below Zero Lows & Wind Chills; Warmer Air Returns Fri & Stays Through Next Week

<p>WINTER WX & WIND CHILL ADVISORY TONIGHT THRU THURSDAY AM Today a winter storm system will usher in very cold Arctic air and snow accumulations of 2” to 5”. Daytime temps will only be in the teens today and tomorrow with lows 0-5 below and wind chills 10-20 below zero Thursday and Friday mornings.  Friday and Saturday temps will begin to moderate into mid-30’s and 40’s for highs and lows in the teens with flow returning from the west.   A quick moving upper-level trough and cool front will skirt the area on Sunday slightly cooling temps to around 40.  Ground Hog does not see his shadow today, thus Spring like weather will arrive early.    </p>
