Recently, I found out I can assuage a panic attack by speaking Spanish because all my bad thoughts are in English. He helps me calm down, and helps me practice, too. He gives me great advice and compliments me, which motivates me. He is always friendly and patient with me. I appreciate that because speaking in Spanish can be scary sometimes.
