Appeal Court affirms Sani, Nwifuru as Kaduna, Ebonyi govs

<p>The Abuja Division of Appeal Court on Friday affirmed the election of Uba Sani as duly elected Governor of Kaduna State.</p>, <p>The Kaduna State governorship election petition tribunal had cancelled Governor Sani’s election victory.</p>, <p>Isah Ashiru, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, challenged Sani’s victory in court.</p>, <p>Similarly, another division of the Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has also affirmed the election of Francis Nwifuru as Governor of Ebonyi State.</p>, <p>The judgement was delivered by a three-man panel on Friday.</p>, <p>Details soon…</p>
