AOC out of her depth claiming GOP is laying groundwork for Cuban regime change

When approached by a reporter actually willing to ask her a challenging question on Cuba, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez whips up a far-out conspiracy theory which seems to suggest the Republican party is laying the groundwork for regime change in Cuba by creating a power vacuum with ongoing embargos and sanctions against the current Communist regime.
